I have a machine for some reason the system files keeping getting corrupted at first i thought it was the hard drive scanned it found some bad sectors installed new hard drive WD Black but the machine is still having the same problem.
Scanned hard drive no errors but still getting corrupt system files, checked ram ran 4 sets of memtest86 all is fine even swapped out ram just to make sure.
Any ideas also did a full av and malware scan found nothing.
the machine will run for 5 days then same problem all over again.

It would help to know a little bit more about the machine in terms of hardware, software and usage habits.

As far as testing memory with memtest, I don't know how much that's really worth since you didn't go into any detail with how the test was performed. I assume you went through 4 passes with all 4 sticks inserted. IIRC 4 passes isn't really enough to prove anything. Swapping the ram out doesn't mean anything if you have a memory slot going bad. However I'm not sure if a bad memory slot would make it through 4 passes of memtest ok or not.

So you put a new hard drive in the machine, and installed a fresh copy of the operating system in it. And your still having the old problems?

How long did the system work before it started having these problems?

Any new softwares that coincide with this problem?

2nd the more info needed.

however, did you do a new install with the harddrive? or a clone? Did you backup and recover any of the docs? have you tried running it with a clean install before putting any of the customers data back, or clone.

need more information to be able to pin point your problem.

I found the problem windows updates the last batch every time they are installed the machine goes into an endless boot loop cycle no BSOD no dump.
Once i removed the updates it stopped having problems strange thing is only some systems have the problem while others do not.
Seems the kernel was unstable causing issues with updates so i locked out those updates.

I was going to post this today because I recently removed this update from all of my clients machines but update KB2859537 appears to have crippled it's fair share of Windows 7 installations since last week.

Many users were experiencing BSOD on reboot. You can read about it on this thread http://bit.ly/1d1vXkq.

I can verify that it also is causing problems with windows xp as well there seems to be compatibility issues with some software and drivers as well.
