swapped mem to other comp... no problems.

downloaded disk chech for windows cd thought that might be problem, disk check says disk is 100 percent good... cd loads xp home on spare comp ...no problems so disk is ok. cleaned dvd player with lens cleaner ...no problems, replaced all sata and power cords with brand new...there is only 2 things that have not been checked..processor/power supply, but both seem to work fine.
one last thing .... comp will live cd linux ..no problems
it will also run linux from hdd after linux install to hdd, no problem...wich makes sense that processor is good along with power supply...wich also suprised me that linux operated so good...cant stand linux...to complicated.

You are not a tech or starting a repair business are you. This is your second post and you go straight to asking for help. Your first post was "hi everyone, from winnipeg manitoba canada"

End user.

Here's what I would do if I were you. I'd take a look around the site, reply to some posts and get involved a little bit. A lot of people here take offense to asking for help on the 2nd post. We have too many people that sign up, ask their question and are gone forever. We are a community here and we don't need a bunch of inactive accounts because a new user got their answer and never returned again. So I recommend getting involved a little bit and become part of the community then I guarantee you that any question you post will be answered without the sarcasm.
