Staples TV Spot - Free Data Xfer w/ Windows 8 Device

Saw a Staples TV commercial the other night advertising free data transfer from your old computer when you buy a new Windows 8 device. Looks like they are also offering free training and phone support as well. (through the end on January)

I don't have a Staples in my market yet, so just a heads up to those who might have to deal with this.

It is all a scam. My brother in law bought a pc from there an he didn't bother me because they offered him a free data transfer. Two days later they call him and says the old pc has viruses and it will cost 129(I think) to clean them. They pitched him you don't want viruses on your new computer do you.

I scanned it and it didn't have any viruses.
