Site Review Wanted

Overall, the site seems pretty bland (too much white space).

The frames... Just no.

Twitter feed on the index seems like filler, and might confuse some of the less tech savvy.

Don't lose hope! You have, after all, come to an awesome resource for getting you straightened out.

I would first suggest that you go through these forums, and find advice given to the thousands of people that ask for help with their websites. You'll find that all of your questions have already been answered.

Good luck!

No one likes to be told "your baby is ugly" but I think you have a problem with your domain name.

If you hope to do any computer repairs, laptop screens and iphones and such, your name steers people away before they click on you.

Your TLD do nothing to bring you to top ranking for compute repair.

If on the other hand you do not want to leave your house and just charge for phone support then your name is ok.

What I saw on your site indicated otherwise to me so you have a major consistency problem which needs to be resolved before you even get close to webpage design and god forbid SEO.

Quick question what theme did you use and what did you use to edit it.

Also here is some info for you. None of the blocks on the lower side of the site seem to go anywhere. I would definetly make them clickable. Your menu on top is small and if the lower half was linked to other info in think that will help you out.

Feel free to ask away.

Hit your mobile page just now on my phone. Clear and to the point. Can't comment on the desktop version as I'm nowhere near a computer.

Oh and you spelled Guarantee wrong under the prices bit. :)

I have done lots of work and wonder what you guys think of the site and any comments appreciated. I received a web design job from the way my site looks.

http://www.RoseburgHelpDesk.com

there's nothing on the home page that makes me want to pick up the phone and buy services from you. It needs quality content and calls to action.

only one menu item under 'services'

that menu item seems to be a 'catch all' for all your services. from a seo standpoint this is not workable.

I cant make any sense of your prices page. Also there's nothing there that compels me to phone you.

outward bound links to 'we make it safer' will cost you money

Im just finishing a 12 hour day so maybe Im a bit grumpy so I apologise in advance.

Your site looks like you didnt really do any research about what makes a decent sales website, and just went ahead, put it together, and now want the TN community to tell you how to fix it.

Fair enough, but its not going to make you much money in its current state, nor will it without some significant work done on it.

The best thing you could do is /read/ the websites critique section of the Forum, and get schooled up on how to make a proper business website.

Thats all I have to say. Theres too much to be said about the current state of your site, and its all been said before.

In short, you would benefit from spending some time doing some proper research about how to do it well, lean up on the mechanics of what makes websites sell products and services, and then apply it.

Then come back for a critique.

:P
