Hi I am serious about having my site reviewed. I always ask customers how they found me. Always looking to improve. So I am asking if you do review my site, to please let me know what you find and the changes you would suggest.

Thanks

This is just my impression of the first (home) page -

- Definitely would not include the Twitter feed there. It's not helping your site's SEO, and all it tells me is that the majority of your Tweets are just ads, so I would not want to follow you.

- Too "me" oriented. First paragraph has 3 sentences, and they all start with "I". Below that are your certifications. Below that are all the Twitter ads. On the right side is "About me". Obviously this information should be included, but overall I think the content should be more focused on the reader and how their problems will be solved.

- Blank monitor image - this is space that could be used to your advantage. Maybe include a playable video of a customer testimonial there? That is prime above-the-fold screen real estate that is currently wasted.

Looks like the content on the other pages of the site uses frames, which I would definitely stay away from. I have a feeling this hurts SEO (not sure about that though) and it probably would confuse some site visitors since very few sites use frames any more.

On the positive side, the site is easy to navigate with the clearly labeled nav bar at the top.

That's my 2 cents, hope it helps!

The large blank screen is throwing me. It doesn't seem to have any purpose. Get rid of it, or like pctutor says, do something with it. Your home page is more suited for an About Us page. I would consider moving that info to another page and creating a new home page. Concentrate on what services you provide and how they benefit your customer.

In the gray 'more about me box' on the right, you have several disclaimers regarding pricing and discounts, but I don't see where they apply to anything on your site. For example, the part that says a stage cost, actual price may differ, I don't see what that applies to. Same with all the asterisked items.

Thanks

Thanks for the advice so far. Will definetly work on some changes soon. I guess what looks good to me may not always be the best idea. Design is easy for me but content is hard for me to write.

Looks like if you go to the PRICES link the asterisked items, or at least two of them, are there. This makes no sense. If someone never click on the PRICES link they have know idea what those goto, as is the case with putertutor.

I see the point

Guess I will have to do a lot of work to revamp the design. This is an easy design for updating though. Anyone have an idea of what would be best for the front page? Like I said I am bad at client but good at designing.

Not sure how to answer that - it's like being asked, "What kind of car should I buy?". It all depends on your personal preferences, the features you want to have on your site, the cost of the theme (some are free, some are paid), etc. That's a decision that only you can make.

The nice thing about WP themes is that you can try one, and if you don't like it, a few clicks is all it takes to try a different one.

Current style

Free is good but keeping with t the current way content what would you use? Like I said I am bad with content so if I could use the current text and info what would you use that are free?

I would get a theme from http://www.elegantthemes.com/

If you purchase one you get access to all 80+ of there themes. Personally I love nimble it is the most responsive theme I have used up to date. But I agree with tutor it is all about personal prefance that is the best part about CMS it is so quick and easy to change the layout and design of your page.

WordPress

Now that I have done so be searching for theme to work on, I need some advice on how to edit the themes.

What is the best program to use?

Do I need to use a Wamp Server or such?

Best way to edit offline or do I need to do it online?

With those questions let me say that I have already installed WordPress on my host account and have started configuring a Wamp Server.

Thanks

Quick question what theme did you use and what did you use to edit it.

Also here is some info for you. None of the blocks on the lower side of the site seem to go anywhere. I would definetly make them clickable. Your menu on top is small and if the lower half was linked to other info in think that will help you out.

Feel free to ask away.
