Should I switch from Dameware?

We are currently using a program called Dameware for remote support. I have seen many remote desktop software packages, but I am not sure that they are any better.

Does anyone have experience with Dameware and say ScreenConnect?

Boy...haven't seen Dameware since the Windows 2000 days.
Was a good package. Haven't used in recently, it used to be very expensive...if you already have it..and it's working for you..stick with it. If you want some more MSP in offerings....consider others. I don't know if Dameware ramped up their services to keep up with other MSP products like N-Able, GFI, Kaseya, etc.

I have used Dameware for over 8 years and loved it. I have also used a couple other remote packages like Baumgar etc and Dameware is more to my liking ... very handy and lets you get the job done with very little setup.

Thank you guys for the reply. It works fine and we have not had any major issues, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if it was worth the switch. This just confirmed my suspicions... that I should just stay with what works.
