Shop Manager Software

The statistics/reporting and finance sections of my Shop Manager software give me 404 errors...any help available? I searched the internet, this forum, and the iFetch KB...no luck.

I should note that I'm hosting the software on my own server.

Have you logged a support ticket on the my.iFetch website?
I've found the response time on there is really quick.

Ticket opened and replied to.

For anyone else watching, I suspect the issue is because the web server is trying to intercept requests to the 'stats' URL. A temporary fix has been sent, but a permanent fix will be included in the next SM release.

Your welcome, a question though you can't use authorize.net in oz, what else can we use to accept payment through customer portal

Paypal support is currently in development. I may consider eway in the future, depending on the level of demand.
