Has anyone used Sherpadesk? If so, what did you think?

Seems like it is mainly for billing and ticket tracking, but it has a built in remote feature. I'm thinking about trying it out because it's free forever for one tech. I'd still have to add an RMM most likely.
 
There is a fairly low-volume subreddit for it with the CEO active on there. Limited discussion elsewhere on /r/msp, mostly a year or two back when it was first getting started.

If the remote support is on-demand (vs unattended) then maybe, it's certainly cheaper than Splashtop SOS.

Might be interesting to see comparisons with other cheap options (self-hosted InvoiceNinja for invoicing and ticketing, BusyBench, self-hosted or paid plan Zammad, etc.)
 
@Giles, have you tried already SherpaDesk? What do you think?

I am also planning since it is FREE for only one Technician.
