I'm looking for any and all advice on local SEO. I'd really appreciate it. I've been spending way too much time on it and not getting any results. I spoke with Google support, who suggested getting more reviews on Google+ - but none of my clients want anything to do with plus.

Anything that could help with search placement would be great.

I've verified my site in webmaster, improved the meta descriptions and keywords, linked to google+, checked that all info was identical across all listings, added each zip code in my service area to my google places listing (per Google reps advice because I'm a mobile tech), post to facebook, twitter and G+ on a regular basis, I run an "ask the expert" page on a local forum, Checked how my page compares to my competition - I out rank most of them in page authority and yet they still show up where mine doesn't. When you search "computer repair" on google maps everyone else gets a red dot and mine doesnt even show up. I have to zoom into my exact location to see my listing and even then its a greyed out dot. Although I am waiting for the postcard from google to verify my most recent changes.

my website is www.wyecomputers.com

Like I said any and all help I get will be appreciated

Your clients don't have to have a + page or anything like that. To leave a review they just need a Google account (who doesn't have one these days?).

I send a follow up email that says something like this

I have a small favor to ask of you. If you have been happy with my services please take a min to write me a positive review on Google. Follow the link and click the "write a review" button (you need to be logged into your Google account). If you don't see the review button you may have to click on "about".

Oh i didnt see your 2nd post. You do not have an address associated with your google listing that I can see. Just the city and state. You don't have it on your google plus page either.

I'm operating out of my home and mostly help customers at their location. I occasionally have repeat customers come by but I just dont want people showing up at my house unannounced. Plus google doesn't like when you list your address if you're a service area business. And believe it or not most of my clients have verizon or atlantic broadband or yahoo emails.
