What an excellent response! There's a number of different options available. @Matthew Bradley is correct to point out the need to be realistic in looking at what you have now vs. what you will have in 6-12 months. If you're just starting out you won't likely be able to handle the costs associated with the more mature platforms. The solutions you can financially handle are sure to be lacking in some significant ways, forcing you to either bring your own solution (backups, support for Mac's, etc.), or simply not offer that particular service. The lesser (for lack of a better term) RMM solutions all have weaknesses you may not find until there's something you need and don't have. A competing RMM may offer that particular something you need, but be lacking in another something you need that your current RMM does offer. In short, none of them that I've found offers everything I need, and won't until I get enough clients to support the cost of a more mature RMM.
The folks here are more than willing to help you, as they have me. I've found it helpful to try to get a sense of the size/type of their business. Doing so helps me understand their perspective a bit better when they offer help or suggestions, a context if you will. That context helps me as I consider what tools (such as an RMM) I want to upgrade next, and what my benchmark is for when I'm ready. Alternatively, you can also provide us with a similar context for your company so we can attempt to offer help that actually is help. Otherwise, we're just going to toss out whatever we think we might do...but we aren't you.
