Restriction Removal Tool

Here is a little tool I programmed over the weekend using visual basic. It's not totally finished yet (still need a decent icon, etc.), but thought you might like to take a look. It is a very small (60kb) program that allows you to remove (or apply) restrictions from a computer, things that are often disabled my malware such as taskmgr, regedit, control panel, etc. What I would also like it is you could suggest any improvements or more restrictions for it to remove. I also included the source code so you can check it out if you like just to make sure my creation isn't malicous (which it isn't by the way).

need a better interface
the menus arent popping out at you on win7 gui
they just look like text on the form

if you are going to include erunt you can delete some of the unneeded files, and maybe have it extract from a resource instead or even just have your app save the regkeys that are modified first , kinda like ccleaner does
