Do any of these products allow to presave check off lists for different procedures like virus removals and nuke and paves.

RepairShopr and PCRT do not, but both have had that feature requested at some point or another. Maybe one day they will add it. Since I use D7II for my work it pretty much takes care of this for me.

Edit: RepairShopr can have this with custom fields you must add as noted below, but not "in place" by default.

RepairShopr allows you to have custom fields on tickets and one of the field types you can have is a check box so you can make your own checklists.
We are just busy getting this setup for ourselves as we had been using the custom fields for device type, serial# etc but they are now being put into the Assets as they should have been from the start.

Here is what it looks like in RepairShopr :)

(it's been suggested we add "multiple" checklists, and that'll come pretty soon probably)

PS. They've been in Assets & Ticket custom fields from the start of those features (over a year?) - some shops feel like the assets module is an extra step they don't care about, so we have them in both. (You can have fields on a ticket, or fields on an asset, and multiple assets on a ticket)

Eg, if you are fixing 2 phones for someone, you might move these fields to assets. We didn't default that because for a new account, getting an understanding of all these concepts can be a bit confusing..

That's an awesome setup. Do you have any 'pre done' templates that are populated with computer repair / networking checkboxes and issue types besides the phone one shown in the video?
Very cool.

PCRT does let you predefine some items then you can select them on the repair sheet. It's not a list as such
