Repairshopr invoicing marked as spam

I know Repairshopr is or was a highly suggested system but as of about the last month and a half 90% of my invoices have been ending up in clients spam folders. I gave them the benefit of doubt but it and gave them time to fix it but nothing seems to have changed. I had a client call me out on it today with the "Your an IT person and your emails are going to spam?" question.

I really like the setup and layout of the system but I can't keep calling clients for past due bills because their invoice was in the spam folder which noone usually checks. I have contacted support 3x through their website with no response so just wondering if this is a widespread issue with the people here using it or a one of case, which would make me look even closer at my invoice template.

At the same time with all this going on and little response what are people using now for alternatives?
 
It is a problem and they were beta testing the ability for users to switch to using their own smtp server, not sure where that’s at.
Do you have your SPF record setup correctly?
 
My SPF is setup correctly and I wasn't even using a custom domain for the emails (I must have missed that upgrade announcement) so it is purely on their end. I tested again yesterday and today and they seem to be going to the inbox so must have just been something on their end.

Either way Im still looking for any alternatives as this just can't be a common thing for billing.
