Repair shopr

Correct me if Im wrong but the only two services I can see that work here in NZ are:

Stripe - 2.9% + 30c & 5 working day wait
PayPal - 3.4% + 45c

Same for us. 2 business days. I believe the first transfer/payout we did was 5 or so days, but after that just 2.

I know the first year we had stripe it was 5 days, but after some time they sent me an email saying they changed to 2. I do around 20k/mo through them minimum so maybe it's a minimums thing? I thought it was just an everybody thing.

We've been using Repairshopr for about 2 years now. I agree, I would love to have some sort of way to do ACH withdrawals. I haven't used the sign in options yet, but its something I'm looking at setting up. The one thing that really bothers me with RS is there is no real option to switch credit card providers.

When we first signed up, it took us months to move all our recurring charges from our old system, into Repairshopr, which we set up with Stripe.

A few months later, they launched "Mercury payments" (which i believe is now called Vantiv) which has a lower rate. It's also the only CC processor you can use through the smartphone app. The problem, From what I can tell, there is no way to run 2 CC processors at one time. So there isn't a way to do a slow transition to a new CC provider. The only option I see to make the move would be for us to remove ALL of our stored credit cards, Turn off Stripe, turn on Vantiv, and put all the credit cards back in. There is no feasible way for me to do this as I have a few hundred credit cards stored.

We just went through this too. I chose not to use Vantiv due to their shady reviews found all over the internet and their horribly worded contract. We've used Stripe for years so I chose not to rock that boat so to speak.

Loving RepairShopr so far though.

Do wish they had some form of import feature for customers leaving mhelpdesk going to repairshopr but already using Stripe. All the info is in the stripe database, it's just stored two different ways apparently but all stored on stripe.
