Repair shop mgmt software

Sorry if this has been discussed before, I searched but didnt see anything...

What software are you guys using to essentially run your shop? Looking for something affordable that is good for maintaining intake and checkout of repairs, maybe with good customer databasing so I can easily look back at what repairs we have done for a customer in the past.

Iv'e been testing MyITCRM... Does what I need at the moment.

Customer Db, Job workflow, Invoicing etc.

I would take a look at Instant Quote Professional. In my opinion it is a one stop solution for tracking jobs, invoicing and reporting.

PC Repair Tracker

I have found PC Repair Tracker to fit very well in our shop, we installed it on a hosted server so we can access/edit customer data, print invoices, etc from customer locations. It works great and I would highly recommend it to anyone out there running his/her own shop, you can email thank you, repair reports, invoices right from the service manager, also has a customer portal where customers can logon via the web and check the status of their repair order.
