Remote monitoring/management tools

Hi All,

I am currently looking at purchasing a remote management/monitoring tool such as Hands Free Networks or Kasaya. I would be interested to hear what features you think I should be looking for in such a product? What works for you, what doesn't etc?

I guess it depend on what you mean by remote monitoring. I used to use Nagios to monitor servers. Open source and very robust.

Not exactly sure what you are looking for either. But I have been playing with this Network Lookout Administrator for while now. It seems to work for my needs. It allows me to see all the desktops of the clients also perform batch jobs and I can take remote control to fix things. I find the remote option is just a touch laggy . But for a rather inexpensive solution I cant complain much

Teamviewer has a "dashboard" that displays all the computers that you have, what I use.
