Remanufactured Ink

What do you like for volume printers? For our few really high-volume places I really like the HP M600 series, those are some impressive machines.

Edit: Ninja'd!

When I get my new toner I'd like to do a before and after comparison. I'd like to print a page with some color and text. Then after the new toner's installed print the same page again and compare. Anyone recommend a good document for this kind of benchmarking?

Many printers have the option to print a demo page, these usually have a good range of colours and detail. Might be worth looking to see if your printer has this option

As mentioned many printers have a demo or quality print page you can use for that.

I went ahead and used a paint like program and created a couple of my own printing test sheets. Various shapes, colors, etc.
I'll run a copy of my sheet and compare. I just find it quicker to run a copy than going through the settings to find the demo print

Yep, found it in 5 seconds... Setup - Reports -
Demo Page. Prints exactly the kind of page I needed.

I usually deploy canon MFP printers for high volume and managed printers are usually HP.

And yes that price includes on site repair and maintenance
