Redirect known folders to OneDrive for Business

Is anyone redirecting users folders to OneDrive for Business? I found this article from Microsoft explaining how to do it. I have not tried it, but seems like it could be useful. Especially for those too cheap to pay for backup. I know this isn't a backup, but looks like it would be better than nothing and with OneDrive for Business you get 1TB per mailbox on O365.
