I have been asked more than once, by existing clients that figure since we do computers we also know about smart phones. All times...was for the "cheating spouse" scenario.
We don't do work on phones (other than install MDM, configure e-mail), don't want to, and I'd not want to get into it for the cheating spouse scenario either.

I refer them to a lab. Have done it twice. The name of the lab currently escapes me...
