Recommended wireless access point

I've got an issue at a church that is driving me a bit crazy - we suggested that for complete wireless coverage, we *might* be able to do it with (2) Cisco Aironet wireless N access points. These things work well and the range is actually pretty good but the church building is huge and has a lot of stone and thick doors. It's also somewhat of a spread-out layout as far as the church goes. So we are having some problem areas that we need supplemental WAPs to cover and I hesitate to recommend another expensive Cisco unit because there isn't really one place we could put it to expand coverage to all the problem areas. I am thinking I am needing some less-expensive access points to supplement - maybe 2-3 of them to cover just the problem areas. I would like them to be as business-class as possible to minimize roaming issues between them and the cisco units. Anyone have any recommendations for something that might work or something you've had good luck with?

I've had good success in stone/block buildings with the Engenius line of Network extenders.

We've been using Ubiquiti Unifi APs for a few years now, they do have some "LR" models for difficult to punch through areas.
