Read windows key dead mobo

And MOST of the time I see that "stand alone" version it is a bootleg copy activated auto KMS.

Granted. Although in my market I hardly ever see pirated software. The people I deal with have money. They're not going to screw around with finding out how to pirate software to save a couple hundred bucks.

Some people think that my prices are akin to swindling someone, but if both parties agree to a transaction and everyone's happy, there's nothing wrong with that. I have loyal clients that would defend me to to the end even if they knew the ins and outs of the business simply because their time and making sure the computer is fixed RIGHT is way more important to them than saving a few bucks (or even a few hundred bucks). I'm not claiming to be the cheapest in town or telling them to replace things that don't need to be replaced. I offer my services for a certain price and they say yes or no. There's nothing wrong with that. Nobody's holding a gun to their head and forcing them to do business with me.

I agree with a lot of your strategy, it matches ours. We price stuff at a point where we make good money. We have been in business for 10 years while others have not made it. The number one reason techs don't make it is they do not charge enough for being in a complicated skilled profession as other professionals do. They do not value what they do. My job as a leader is to make my techs understand the great value we are giving clients when we repair their stuff. This mindset then shows when they are talking to clients about what we can do for them. It sells what we do and people feel good about it.

If you not making enough to pay an employee a professional rate and have a good amount left over, you are not valuing your service. Unlike @sapphirescales we are not in a rich neighborhood, just an average place like most everyone else.

I couldn't have said it better myself. I pay my employees VERY well yet there's still plenty of profit left over for the business itself to continue to grow and expand. If I wasn't charging enough then this wouldn't be possible. Then I'd have sh*t employees and my business would suffer as a result.

My quality standards are EXTREMELY high. I pay enough to compensate for that. A lot of people can't cut it and decide to quit. You can't jerry rig stuff or try to skirt around the rules just to "get it done." Do it right or don't do it at all. Rules and procedures are there for a reason. You don't have to understand the reason but if you don't then I expect you to ASK me WHY because you actually CARE about doing things the right way and want to know WHY things are done a certain way. Who knows? You might even find a BETTER way! Not all my ideas came from myself alone. Some of the ideas that make the business work came from employees that actually CARE about the business because the business treats them right and they actually LIKE working for *me!

*I almost accidentally typed my real business name. I guess I'm getting too comfortable around here.
