RAM test slow

I don't know if there's a better tool for testing RAM but I normally run MemTest 86+ v5.01 overnight. It's currently testing a single 4GB stick of DDR3 - 1600 and it's taken 10hrs 22min to do four and a half passes. No errors are showing up but that seems a long time to me. Any thoughts?

EDIT: Sorry, should have said that this is an HP Pavilion 20 All-In-One running Win 10.

check the bios settings and if you are comfortable doing it, reset to defaults and try one pass and time it.

i would also check for high temps if you can.
