Quickbooks being blocked by Verizon MIFI

Well...damn....I'd have that thing smashed on the floor by now. But at least I've got a picture of what you're up against now. Same ISP...same data plan, same data pipe actually, just a different mifi. And it faithfully works every time, with the old MiFi box? You can flip it back and forth repeatedly between them and it will always work in the old one?

Unfortunetly she had to surrendfer her old hotspot when she got the new one, BUT she did call this am after talking with her acct, and they tried to email the file directly to his gmail and its 35mb. Max for gmail attachments is 25mb last I checked. That sort of explains it, but I need to find out from her if the file was the QBX copy or her full QBW file, the QBX accts copy is only supposed to be a 1/5th the size of the full QBW. The plot thickens.....
