I'm looking for an application I can install on a client's PC to they can easily send me a screenshot to my email with only a few mouse clicks. Does anybody know of a program that will do this?

Why not just tell them to use Print Screen. Right some instructions and post it on your website.
1. Press Print Screen.
2. Open Paint, Start menu/Accessories/Paint.exe
3. Edit menu/Paste or CTL+V
4. File/Save or CTL+S and remember location.
5. Email saved image.
