question about motherboard

Hello everyone, im looking at possible getting this motherboard. I see that is supports dual channel ram, but that it has 4 slots in it, does this mean to get the dual channel working i would have to purchase the same amount for all 4 slots? or could i purchase just two sticks that are the same?

Dual channel will work with just two stick of RAM yes - you don't have to use all of the slots. As long as they are in the same colour coded slots, it will be fine. For stability purposes it's also better to buy matching pairs of RAM (Same brand, frequency and latency timings).
