Hello Everyone,
I wanted to know if everyone could confirm something for me. When I go to everyman.com and look up a Macbook by Serial Number under the result I get "Intro Date" and "Disc." which is another date. I understand the "Intro Date" to mean when this model was introduced. However, what "Disc." stand for? Is it "Disk Date"? I suppose what I ultimately want to know is the year of the Macbook so that I buy the part from the correct year. So should I be using "Intro Date" or "Disc." date? What does "Disc." date mean?

Thank you.
