The CEO (COA) is badly worn.

For future reference, and it's something I picked up here: If I get a machine that has one of the paper COA stickers on it I'll cover with a bit of clear packing tape to preserve the sticker. Even if I'm not the tech that works on the computer at a later date it might save someone a major headache.
