Problem with supplier

I bought a laptop keyboard off an online supplier. They delivered the wrong one. I sent it back. I made the mistake of not using recorded delivery (they hadn't so I didn't for some reason). They now claim they have not received it and have stopped replying to my emails. In general they have been very brusque and shown zero interest in customer service or even being polite.

I guess I just have to chalk this one down to experience?

.. obviously they don't want you as a customer lol

There loss at the end of the day ..

How much did the part cost you ?

It might be worth just takin' it on the chin, and put another notch in your 'experience belt' ..

Just for others reference; who was the supplier ?

£50

I get the impression they do pretty well without worrying about customers. I read post by the owner on another site after doing some searching. Someone had complained and said they wouldn't use him again and he replied saying that that wouldn't stop him driving his Bentley or looking at his £50,000 watch and ended Be warned....

Nice guy.

I'll wait before posting their details, just in case they come good. You never know, it's remotely possible the part is stuck in the UK post.

I have made myself a new rule. Whenever I buy parts, especially Laptop chargers, keyboards and batteries in for a customer I always take note of the delivery times. If the supplier I buy from takes more than 2 days then I don't deal with them again. Only today did I receive a laptop key for a keyboard that I ordered 3 weeks ago, these people I will not use again. There is no excuse for why something can't be posted one day and arrive the next day or at least day after that.

HOLY JPEG BATMAN! Do you see the lack in quality in their website design. When dealing with ANY company on a professional level it's always best to compare their professionalism to their website quality.

Bad site = bad service
Good site = good service
AMAZING site = potential to be ripped off, but you'll still get better service than a bad site.
