Postcard Design

Can anyone recommend a good graphic designer to design a series of postcards that we are planning to mail to local businesses? We have posted an ad on craigslist, but I am sure that will lead to numerous responses from people that are unqualified and/or too expensive.
We have explored various advertising avenues over the last year. Some have been ok, some have not worked well at all. We would like to give these post cards a shot and use the new USPS direct mail program.
Persistence is key with direct mail marketing, which is why we are going to need a series of postcards designed to mail out every few weeks or so.

I have used scriptlance.com, for logo design and business cards. Best thing is that turn around time is quick and you can also look at portfolios, just post the job, description, your budget, and designers will bid on the job. The more you spend the better of course designing is a time consuming job, that us techies shouldn't waste our time unless of course you have a Art Design Degree.
