give Microsoft Office Live For Small Business a try

basic site is free, but can purchase a regular domain for only $14.95 for the YEAR!
They have a site builder, good and easy. With templates you can work with.
It's free so you can setup and test it out, then purchase the $14.95 yearly domain. Purchasing the regular domain down road will give you i think a quicker shot at the search engines.
I have 2 sites with them:
www.AugustaPcRepair.com
has been up for 2 years or so, i frequently make changes or re-vamp every 6 months or so.
once i found, and inserted the main keywords into the header or title,, that site with office Live hit googles first page (when searched locally) within 3 weeks! And has been at the very top now everyday! The site above must have 10-12 inner pages,, even the "inner" pages are hitting separately on google to!
the other site I just did with Office Live is:

site has been up for 6 weeks or so, and hit google first page (Augusta local search) within 4 weeks also! i "worked this site for 2 weeks or so, then purchased a domain name, then hit google 2 weeks after,, first page at top.
i put a quick site up for my sisters and husbands lawn care business down here,,,, i just "slapped it up" hardly any content on the pages,, it to hit googles first page within 2 weeks!
with these 2 websites thru Office Live, and numerous free on line classifieds targeting my local area, with city in the title, my pages ARE ALL over the first 3-4 pages of google. not just google, but all over the yahoo, ask, bing, etc
so i've been real happy with Office Live
i had a regular site thru "Siteground" all done myself, cost $72 for the year,, maybe 6 months after i found myself ONCE on google. Not sitegrounds problem,, probaly mine in the sites setup and all i think.
