Here are some podcasts I listen to regularly in case you are looking for some:

I listen to:
Security Now!: (Steve Gibson (who wrote one of, if not the first "antispyware" programs) and Leo Laporte)
The Mike Tech Show: Man, will he ever learn how to say "KaSpersky!" instead of Kapersky! Lol
Podnutz: various
Geeknights: with Rym and Scott. Light hearted look at technology.
DtSR: Down the Security Rabbithole with Rafal Los, James Jardine and Michael Santarcangelo
SANS Internet Stormcenter: Daily 5~10 min "StormCast" Podcast. With Dr Johannes Ullrich
Cheap Astronomy: 10 minute tour of the universe with Steve Nirlich.

Good thread! @Slaters Kustum Machines – some titles I didn't know about, so I'll certainly give them a go.

Security Now has fallen a long way from where it started, imo (and the opinion of several of the newsgroup posters). Now that it has grown to a couple of hours in length, it's lost its appeal for me. There's rarely anything that I haven't already heard from other sources. The show is essentially scripted – with almost no input from Laporte – and Gibson is not good at reading a script. After listening to every show from the first, I gave up on it a couple of months ago.

I really wish Carey Holzman and Mike Smith would do another Tech-Vets they do about 1-2 a year now lol and it's usually the end of the year. Love when they team up a do a Podcast. Feels like a combination of Podnutz and Mike Tech Show.

Also @Slaters Kustum Machines I've heard you mentioned a couple times when you send in questions or suggestions on Podnutz.

Yep, I have emailed in on the Computer Repair Podcast. One of these days once our home office remodel is done I'll actually get my butt on the show live. I'd like to participate there and on the Podnutz Daily/Pro. It will get me out of my comfort zone.

Most of the podcasts I listen to are embarrassingly non-technical in light of this thread, but here's a few anyway . ..

Reply All - Interesting wide ranging topics and journalism. #102 and #103 might particularly interest Technibblers. They pursue and (sorta) crack a tech support scammer out of India. And actually fly to India to find them. Yeah - the exact folks that call our customers. Interesting insights into that business.

Dan Carlin's Hardcore History - Historical stuff in extensive and interesting detail.

The Joe Rogan Experience - The guy from "Fear Factor" was all I knew about him. But surprisingly interesting interviews with folks from all walks of life and careers.

NPR's Wait Wait...Don't tell me - An old favorite.

Sleep to Strange - Having trouble falling asleep? This is for you. Boring, odd, soothing, relaxing, nonsensical stories and meaningless meanderings that lead to snoozing rather than keeping you awake.

TWIT, TWIG. I enjoy listening to the business side of these shows.

I like the show. It's informative, current, unbiased and yes, long, but if you can put up with Leo Laporte stuffing food in his mouth and speaking at the same time it's ok.
I especially like the way Steve explains things so that laymen (dumber one's like me) can grasp the concepts and explanations.
with almost no input from Laporte
Surely that's a good thing? He's only there to sell stuff I think.

Paul Joyner has done a great job with his podcast and just coming out this year, he did his research and I think his show is doing better than some other shows out there right out of the gate. I had him on my show a few months ago, great guy. We are friends on Facebook and he's very easy to talk to and wants to stay in touch, I recommend his show, even though the content is not my thing lol.

And he doesn't have guests, not yet. I admire others who can go solo. It's not easy to do it alone.

I forgot "Linux Outlaws!" It was one of my favourites!
Sadly it's finished now but it was a great Podcast
Hosted by Dan Lynch and Fabian Scherschel.
It was an experience listening to Fab's rants!

This is what I'm listening to.

Good 30-40 minute podcast on security matters.

Check out episode 172 - Security awareness deep dive. It is from Jan 2016, but the info is relevant today.
Also the latest 198, 199 and 200 on building a Security Strategy is well worth a listen.

If you listened to John C. Dvorak on TWIT, CrankyGeeks etc, listen to No Agenda. A good mix of news, tech and current events. He has been co hosting this with Adam Curry for the past ten years.

For self improvement.

If you want to learn something new, check Tim Ferris' podcast, odds are he has already tried something similar.

For those of you who remember Paul Harvey.

Mike Rowe does a podcast as well. It reminds me a lot of Paul Harvey's the rest of the story.

I just started listening to Malcom Gladwell"s Revisionist History. I am really enjoying it. If you like his books you will love his podcast

Podnutz Pro
Podnutz Daily
Mike Tech Show
Just started listening to Paul Joyner...name escapes me now
OnPoint with Tom Ashbrook (most balanced news I can get these days)

I can't seem to consistently listen to podcasts for some reason so I bounce between about 25-30 different ones across all topics.

Just a small sampling:
Engineerguy
Engines of Our Ingenuity
TekThing
Completely Optional Knowledge
Making It
Science Friday
Still Untitled
Stuff You Should Know
The Amp Hour
The Spark Gap

I use Podkicker Pro on my android phone and Tablet.
Searching for "rabbithole" brings it up first in the list.

On my Linux machine I use RythemBox but you need to enter the specific URL.
