[SOLVED] Please recommend a seller for Windows Refurbished License that is not Ingram Micro

Hey all

I use to have a great reseller for refubished keys but, sadly, they have chosen no to carry them any longer. I on boarded with Ingram Micro.. what a mistake. I have never seen a higher level of complete incompetence from a company up and down the line. Trying to put in a simple order has taken multiple emails, multiple calls, over two weeks and they still can not even confirm the order has been processed correctly. Just an unbelievable. experience.

So for my sanity, can anyone recommend a Windows Refurbish License reseller that they are happy with?

We have successfully used https://www.malabs.com/ for over 6 years with no problems. They have several warehouses - we are served from Georgia but I believe they have on in CA also.

Thank you both. I have started with TechData and already put in a reseller application.

Again, I can not state enough (getting off the phone yet again just now) how utterly incompetent IngramMicro has been. They billed me, but then canceled the order. Now they want to bill me again for a new order and are unable to provide any action on reversing the current charge. I was like, well, you billed me, just throw the product in a box and mail it to me! I foresee me disputing this charge with my bank soon.

Had to follow up to say thank you. I ended up getting on board with TechData (took them a month to approve though). However, they are super easy to deal with. They have a website that I can simply put in my order for the refurbished licenses via the website and I am done. Super easy.. Thanks again!

Yeah TechData is also good, but bummer to hear of your experience with Ingram, we've been using IngramMicro for almost 20 years (and at my prior employer..for a long time before that). We do most of our purchases through Ingram.
