[REQUEST] Picasa

PICASA My computer crashed recently. Now that it is uncrashed, I have all my programs back up and running including good old Picasa. However, something is now missing from my Picasa. All of the stuff to edit, change the lighting, effects, etc. that used to be in the upper left-hand corner are gone. Now it looks like what you will see in the attachment. Any suggestions how to get your functions back?
