PC Resource of Choice; Magazine or Site?

What do you consider to be the best source of computer information? The main focus would be windows based operating systems. As an example which magazine do you prefer PC World, CPU, MaximumPC or Smart Computing?

For the last 11 years, my preferred source for computer info has been arstechnica.com. Both the site and forums are extremely valuable resources for any tech.

Of course, I am learning that THIS forum is no slouch either!
