I've got a spare video card in it now and it seems to be working fine. I would have been happier just using the onboard video, but for some reason i couldn't get it to work.
yeah, discrete graphics on a server doesn't really do much good, unless it is super-hot-rod for VM's.
If it were me I would spend a little more time figuring out why the onboard doesn't work. Also would be very concerned about a single HDD setup, yada yada, but that has been beaten up pretty good by all the members, and yourself
If running single drive setup, I think I would grab a bootable image of that computer post haste to keep on file. Also, I would suggest putting the data on something like this at least.
You can set these in RAID 1 so they are mirrored, that way hopefully if the server dies and you perchance don't have a bootable image, at least the data is semi safe.
