Panasonic Toughbook CF-19 - No POST

Hi All,

I have a Panasonic Toughbook CF-19 Mk6 in my shop today. Nothing on display, and the unit does not appear to POST (only the power light and "wireless ready" light comes, nothing else.)

I have tried to remove the battery and hold power to drain residual power
Hooked up to an external display, nothing
I wanted to remove the RAM, but that looks like taking apart the entire machine

I haven't worked on too many of these and only have 20 minutes this morning, any quick recommendations while I wake myself up?

I think that is motherboard problem take a screenshot of motherboard and attach it

Test with new ram and CMOS battery.
