Customer has a Panasonic Toughbook CF-61 which he hasn't used
for a while and he can't remember the password to boot the machine.
When you boot the machine, before even allowing you to get into
the BIOS it asks for a password. Without this password you cannot
boot the machine.
I can probably void the password if I can remove the CMOS battery,
but I cannot find a Servive manual for this machine to be able to
disassemble and remove the battery. I've spent hours on the net
looking for a Service manual and even the Panasonic site is no help.
If anyone has a service manual or knows how to disassemble the
machine to get to the battery, it would be very helpful.
They didn't call this a toughbbook for nothing.
