I'm trying to solve this issue but I'm at a lose right now. I'm getting this error message in Outlook 2010.
The client had multiple pst and sync issues with this blackberry. I figured my best course of action was to create a new profile and import and merge everything together. Anyway first thing I'm doing to to create a new account...which generates the error above. Tried reinstalling, removing mcafee, resetting permissions nothing solves the error. I tried connecting my my mobile hotspot instead of my office wifi to eliminate that as a possibility.
Finally, I decided to put the account into my own computer which is also running outlook 2010. Same damn error! Put the same exact credentials into thunderbird and it works fine, starts syncing the folders immediately. So obviously its an outlook issue. Has anyone seen this before?
