Outlook 2019 Calendar issues

I have a client running Outlook 2019 on his desktop computer (Windows 10). He has multiple email accounts (one exchange, one Gmail and one hosted through Network Solutions). Last week, he was unable to open his calendar which was all stored locally in the NetSol account.
The initial message was "cannot complete this because we can't contact the server right now". I ran inbox repair, Office repair, cleaned up credential manager (he had actually changed an email password that was not up to date) as well as installed an available Office update. Once this was all complete, we still could not access the calendar but the message changed. The new message was "Cannot display the folder properties. The folder may have been deleted on the server where the folder is stored or may be unavailable. Cannot display folder properties".

As a workaround, I imported his calendar from a recent backup he made but had to import it to a different email account. The process didn't produce any errors when I attempted importing it into the original account but it still was not accessible.

Beyond recreating the ost, are there any other known fixes for this issue?

Non-exchange calendars have always been a bit wonky in Outlook. Since the non-Exchange email accounts these days are usually IMAP the get written to the OST if I remember correctly. Any chance of getting him to move it to Exchange? Only other thought would be a third party tool, like Stellar, but they're not free and I'm not sure they can repair an OST.
