Outlook 2013 hate the appearance

I have just installed Outlook 2013 and I hate the appearance it all blends into one is there any way to make it look more like 2010 I have changed theme to gray but that's worse
I notice Lisa advertises on her site she can make it look like 2010

Felt the same but it grows on you. Try dark gray. That helped me.
