i have a client who is saying outlook 2010 only, i suggested thunderbird*, but he wants to use outlook for his wacom tablet pen thing
got it setup with an IMAP server, since he doesn't want his yahoo mail folder being changed, and wants it synced with outlook..
he has yahoo plus enabling him to use outlook with it..
got everything setup, its actually not too bad, and fast enough
only problem is it sends out blank emails to his clients..
the header is good, attachments are good but it doesn't show basic things like highlighted portions, indentations, little graphics here and there (bullet points/little arrows in outlook)
thing is sometimes it will send data, sometimes no. but the formatting is non existent (in online browser client) [yahoo/gmail/hotmail, etc]
quick google search said its probably an anti-virus, but he has no av
is it because his clients are using the web browser and not outlook? but it doesn't explain why it doesn't show basic formatting like indentations
my only idea is he probably sent it as text or messed with the send as html5, text, rich text or something
i have no idea because i don't use desktop email clients
thanks guys!
