Outlook 2003. Can't change default account

My customer has 4 systems connected to an SBS Server. On just one of these systems, WinXPPro, Office 2003 she has a problem. This system has 4 accounts set up in Outlook. 3 POP and 1 MS Exchange. The Exchange account is set as default and cannot be changed. This does not occur on any of the other systems where it is possible to set whatever account you like as default. All of the accounts work properly otherwise, all store their mail to the user mailbox on the server.

Any ideas?
