OSX Macbook El Capatain

Hi

I'm trying to install El Capitain on a macbook, I can get Yosemite installed fine, then try to install El Captain from a app store download I have stored in the office and get the error in the log below.

(macbook aluminum late 2008 osx)

The system has had a 8GB ram upgrade (Crucial) and a Samsung 850 evo 250GB ssd fitted.

Have you tried repair disk permissions yet? (you can only do this on Yosemite and earlier). Beginning with OS X El Capitan, system file permissions are automatically protected.

Did you run AHT, power up holding down the D key? Is this being done as an upgrade over 10.10? Can't do a clean install? Did you try making a standalone installer?

All sorted seems it was a network issue. I created a standalone installer. And it's now all installed
