OneDrive for Business - Files on Demand

Hi again,

I am in the process of moving 180GB worth of files for a company to sharepoint/onedrive storage. I don't want to download the whole 180GB to each of their computers... My computer is Windows 10 and there is a "free up space" option and I can choose to select the files I want to have downloaded to my PC. I am not seeing this option with Windows 7. Is there a fix or a way around this?

Yes, exactly but there is no option for this in Windows 7 it looks like?? I am only seeing the option to un-check the folder which will make it not visible on the computer...

It’s only available in Win10 1709 and above. Due to how it integrates into explorer it will never be available for Windows 7 as it would require a major update to the OS.

We have used CloudDriveMapper for Windows 7 computers as an alternative to OneDrive.
