[SOLVED] One Off Encryption of Files

OK - if you had to encrypt a document and send it using a standard USB drive or a CD (i.e., not using an IronKey), what method would you use?

It needs to be something that the receiver can unlock relatively simply (i.e., here is your file, it is encrypted, use this free program and this key to get your file back).

My knowledge in this arena is out-dated. Input would be appreciated.

Glary Utilities allows creation of/encryption of self-extracting/autodecrypting file at receive end....(upon entering of password, obviously)...

7Zip allows the same thing, just not quite as intuitively or easy, IMO...

With a batch file, you could do a drag to encrypt/decrypt tool. It doesn't get easier than drag and drop...

These are a mixture of DOCX and PDF's... but these suggestions are perfect.
