We're all familiar with these fake tech support scams. You've probably cleaned up after a few of them and you've probably seen the Youtube videos where these guys get trapped and called out. I started listening to this episode of a podcast I'd never heard of and thought it was more of the same. But it's not.

Great show in general. A few episodes back they dug deep into someone hacking into their Uber account and using the service on another continent. Interesting stuff.

The scammer's business' name was literally Accostings. OMG thats hilarious if its intentional. Would be like Comcast changing their name to Gougings.

This is a great listening. Both episodes on these scammers are great. Certainly worth the time to listen!!

I've come across so many clients who have been scammed by these sort of people. Listening to this was hilarious. Certainly its worth spending the time to listen to the whole thing. Once we know how they operate it is easier to educate clients on how to protect themselves.
