I have noticed scammers have changed tactics they have moved from microsoft support scam to refund scam quite alot of my customers gave been called some have fell for it up to point of buying gift cards and hanging up.
they either get syskeyed or password locked.
Here is how it worked there are people out there that infect scammers and notify victims that they are getting scammed this is how it works.
