Hello Guys/Gals,
Here is the results of the problems I've been facing. First thing I did was replace the router with a known working one, I reboot the modem and wala everything was back to normal. Then I tried a cat6 cable from the router to the problematic pc and everything was fine.
Then I switch back the original router to see what will happen and everything was fine. So I identified the problem is coming from the patch panel at port 19. So as of now that new cat6 cable that I ran through the drop ceiling is working perfect so far. By the way all this was going on while the cable tech is on his cell phone.
Also am looking to replace the office router, I was thinking the new NETGEAR NIGHTHAWK AC1900 DUAL BAND WIFI GIGABIT ROUTER what do you guys think? the office has about 20 pc and about 5 printers most the software that being use is in the cloud. What we use in the office is the basic, office suite, quickbooks, antivirus and other minor stuff. all recommendation are welcome...
