Not if my life depended on it.

Wait.. dude... is there a New England in Australia or are you talking about the USA?
I was born and raised in Armidale, at the heart of the "New England Tablelands," northeast corner of New South Wales, Australia.
There are many, many English, Welsh, Irish and Scottish place names, towns, cities, landmarks and street names from the settlers who pioneered that part of the world.
Let's not forget also the enormous contribution from the many Chinese settlers who were brought in to work in the gold and tin mines
prevalent in the area.

At least the first one was just an animation so it wasn't quite a scary. This one in real life is 1000x worse.
Especially the part when he's like 60ft from the top and he's say "uh what the hell am I supposed to do now?" Haha. I actually started to panic on his behalf. And hearing him starting to breathe heavy towards the end. If I had to climb one of those I'd be raining vomit down on those below. If I played a VR version of it, I suspect the others in the room would suffer a similar fate.

To climb that I would want 1 million dollars for every rung on the orange part and 2 million for every rung on the red bit!
And what about the way he hooks to those rungs! They could easily slip off!
Would he need breathing apparatus being up there?

Around 7:25 he hits that joint/junction between the two orange pipes and I'm like there is no way he's going up and he grabs those tiny pins and pulls himself up.

You have to be in incredible physical condition to do this.

One youtube commentor was spot on when he said : "I'm surprised that the tower didn't collapse with the weight of his 2 massive balls"

Nope, nope and hell NO. Especially that one that Jimbo posted. F NO.

Besides being physically unable, even if I were there is no way in hell I'd
be latching to those little tiny pegs like he does. They could easily come off
of there, nope. No thanks.... not even for $500 an hour.

Sadly, if asked I'm pretty sure I'd go up there and do it for my normal salary. If for no other reason than to tell the story and say I did it. But, it helps that I'm not really afraid of heights and having worked as an electrician for 10 years I'm used to being in situations where one slip will kill you. (Nowadays, if I were to slip up I'd only kill someone's data.)

I think they only way I wouldn't do it is if there's a lot of swaying going on. I'm OK with being up high as long as I'm on something stable. If it's moving a lot, I'm out.
