So I'm there early at my top client fixing an email issue with his new DroidX.
I get done and ask if there's anything special coming up in the next few months that he needs me to be aware of besides the normal Tax season duties I have.
we discuss a few outstanding issues related to some temps that are starting in January and some software that isn't here yet.
Then he gets really quiet and asks me to close the door to his office.
I'm like "oh crap." he is a very open office type guy and only closes it for clients and personnel issues.
since I don't fall into either category i'm a little freaked.
then he says he's started the process of buying out another accountant 40 miles away and how would like to handle the IT part of it.
SCORE!
